Dr. Mark Holder has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant in financial markets, providing services to leading global Investment Banks, Exchanges and Commodity Firms.  He has prior experience as the Director of Research and Product Development at two Exchanges, as well as Managing Director for a financial training company.

His background also includes 14 years of teaching experience at the masters and PhD levels.  While at the university he was the Chairman of the Department of Finance and Program Director of the Master Science in Financial Engineering program.  As Program Director he spent significant time working with industry contacts to place students in both internships and permanent positions.

He has designed and conducted training programs for a wide range of clients including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Reuters and many other leading investment banks for the most recent 10 years. His publication record includes more than 50 articles in leading peer-reviewed journals. He is also the current Editor of the journal Review of Futures Markets.
